Aurora Drapes is a small family business located in a small town called Blairgowrie in beautiful Perthshire, Scotland. Lara has been artistic & crafty all of her life and was taught to sew by her mother when she was a child. She has been crafting and sewing for over 30 years and is passionate about every stitch that she makes to create beautiful curtains, blinds & soft furnishings just for you. Specialising in pleating by design & fixed heading curtains.
The business name was derived from the Aurora Borealis which creates the most magical and beautiful curtain of colours to dance over the sky. Lara wants to create the 'magic' for you when you receive your beautiful bespoke handcrafted soft furnishings as seen in the Aurora.
